Hello!



I am Pannipa Inthawong. I am a Thai girl from the very famous and big Isaan Region in North East of Thailand.

I was born in Bangkok, but my heart and family all live in Ubon Ratchathani in a small village we call Khemarrat ( เขมราฐ )

 In this blog, I would like to talk about food. But not any food. ISAAN FOOD!

Yes, you must know now, I LOVE Isaan food especially Somtam very very spicy. But people often don't know Isaan food is a lot of dishes and not only very spicy dishes.
I am writing this blog not only because I love eating and cook Isaan food but I also want people to know the truth about our region taste.

I am not expert in all this but I know my region and I think I am a good cook.
